As a near 64-Year Old Man whom was looking at maybe not being able to do my job as well as having to give up the few sporty hobbies that I Love 6+ Years ago, I was Pretty Depressed and Lost as I did not see much hope in having a Happy Life going forward Until I got the treatment I needed from Dr. Koshy. I'm not saying there isn't pain to Manage and choices to be made on what I can and cannot do but as far I am concerned my life has been given back to me thanks to yearly RFA. Sincerely, Richard E. Dr. Koshy is a very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He is dedicated to his patients health and well being. I've been going to CRPM for over 12 years and have had excellent care. Dr. Koshy listens to my concerns, and we have a partnership in my plan of care. He understands the impact of chronic pain on activities of daily living, and he validates my pain. Wonderful doctor!

The Doctors at CRPM are really the best in their field. Dr Roxann Manuel, I have always had a positive experience with her. She takes the time to listen! And Dr. Koshy does as well. It takes a lot of trust when you’re getting injected in the middle of your spine, and Dr Koshy makes you so comfortable it’s over before you know it. Roxanne is great. She really takes the time to listen to my issues and does her best to take care of me. I would definitely give Roxanne my highest recommendation.

Dr. Koshy ,MD has been to date at CRPM my best experience for all one on one office and zoom call appts. He genuinely cares for me as an individual and sees ahead future problematic issues. He takes time and never rushes through my appts answering all questions asked and I feel an overwhelming good feeling of care when I’ve dealt with him. I am very pleased I have him as my care. Outstanding Physician Assistant Attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable and proficient

Dr. Koshy has made my pain manageable with his expertise and care. He handles each patient with care and provides insite to what is happening. I have had many pain management doctors, but none that have listen to me as a patient and set a plan to help. The staff is also caring and helpful as well. They are also a big part of the surgery center that makes it possible when you do not feel well.

Dr. Koshi is the man! He's a great doctor and knows exactly what he's doing. His staff is also really nice to work with. I've been going there for an accident I was involved in since November and each time I go, I'm in an out quickly, and staff is really friendly and always remembers you! Highly recommend them!

I have had nothing but great experience here. The doctors have always been responsive and listen to me. They manage my pain and not me! I appreciate this as so many other doctors only think their opinion matters. The PA's are brilliant and the staff is very understanding. Their pandemic response has been comforting and accommodating. From zoom meetings to strict Covid-19 precautions I feel safe when going in for procedures. This is the 4th pain management clinic I have used and I am very happy with them.
