David W. Lee
Dr. Lee is fellowship-trained in Interventional Spine at The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA) in Phoenix, AZ. He completed his residency training at the State University of New York, Downstate and is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. In his last year in New York, he served as Chief Resident of his graduating class.
Dr. Lee graduated from the Chicago Medical School and also obtained a Masters in Applied Physiology. He remains an active member in multiple medical organizations including the North American Spine Society, American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
Dr. Lee has provided coverage from high school to the professional level in a wide variety of sports including football, hockey, baseball and basketball. He has had the opportunity to work with the NBA Phoenix Suns, WNBA Phoenix Mercury and Arizona State University (ASU). He currently works as a Spine Consultant for the USA Volleyball Team. He remains a consultant for players at the semi-professional, collegiate, and high school level. He is currently the Team Physician for Valencia High School Football Program.
