First Time Patients
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
To schedule an appointment, call our office during regular business hours at 714-909-0136 and we will be happy to schedule you at the first available appointment.
What To Bring To Your Appointment
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Please complete your new patient paperwork ahead of time. You will be receiving a text or email prompting you to complete your assigned tasks in advance.
- Bring a list of questions or concerns.
- Bring your insurance card and driver’s license. HIPAA privacy rules require we copy your driver’s license to validate your identity.
- To be prepared to pay your co-payment at the time of service.
